Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination: - Work with our external consultants and agencies for sourcing profiles - Screen candidates, schedule interviews and follow up with them - Work with management to identify hiring needs and close open positions - Manage and update basic HRM systems (attendance, records, onboarding documentation, etc.) - Help implement and integrate HR processes as we grow - Look after employee engagement, happiness and satisfaction – check-ins, feedback, small initiatives - Maintain HR documentation and support management with HR-related reports

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in HR / HR Management - Understanding of HRM practices (recruitment, onboarding, basic policies) - Comfortable using or learning HR software / HRM tools - Strong communication skills in English and Gujarati - Organised, proactive and willing to take ownership in a growing organisation -

Location: Ahmedabad (office-based role)
