Program Manager – Client Relations Specialist

of experience will own the end-to-end management of assigned client accounts and deployed resources. This role will act as a bridge between the client and CodeVyasa resources, ensuring seamless communication, resolving grievances, maintaining engagement health, and driving long-term client satisfaction and retention.

About Us CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 650+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the client and deployed resources. Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of resources on client projects. Regularly connect with both clients and deployed team members to understand concerns, expectations, and feedback. Proactively identify and resolve grievances or operational challenges faced by clients or resources. Maintain strong relationship management to ensure long-term engagement and retention. Conduct regular health-check calls and share engagement updates with stakeholders. Coordinate with internal delivery, HR, and operations teams for timely resolution of issues. Monitor overall account health and ensure high client satisfaction. Support account growth by identifying upsell or expansion opportunities.

Skills & Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. High sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to handle sensitive conversations and conflict resolution professionally. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Basic understanding of IT services, staffing, or project delivery models is preferred.
