About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML)

to join our growing, agile technology team. This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who loves solving complex technical problems, building intelligent systems, and contributing to an engineering culture rooted in ownership, curiosity, and innovation.

You will work closely with the

Lead Architect ,

Head of Engineering , and

CTO —designing, developing, and deploying systems that power next-generation regulatory platforms for global life sciences clients.

What You Will Work On

Build and deploy

scalable microservices

using Python (FastAPI, asyncio, aiohttp) Architect and optimize

RAG pipelines , vector search systems, and LLM-driven workflows Work with

LangChain ,

LlamaIndex ,

Hugging Face , and modern LLM providers Implement advanced

document processing , embeddings, semantic search & NLP Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions Optimize system performance, ensure code quality, and contribute to architecture decisions Work across distributed international teams while maintaining excellent communication

Key Skills We’re Looking For

✔ 7+ years hands-on in AI/ML engineering ✔ Expertise in RAG, LLM orchestration, LangChain, LlamaIndex ✔ Deep experience with vector DBs

(Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB) ✔ Strong cloud experience ( AWS/Azure/GCP ) ✔ Excellent Python engineering & microservices architecture ✔ Strong experience with

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD ✔ Advanced experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL

and NoSQL stores ✔ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare IT Understanding of

HIPAA/GDPR Cloud certifications Exposure to GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
