Job Role: Executive - Homologation - New Regulation and Technology

Job location: Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 3-6 years relevant

Objective of the Job:

To effectively manage two-wheeler regulatory activities by thoroughly understanding all relevant regulations including EV and New Energy, monitoring updates, and providing timely information to stakeholder for ensuring compliance to new and Mass Production models.

Major Activities:

- Participation in SIAM/SCOE/CMVR TSC/ARAI/ICAT Govt. meetings related to regulations and prepare summary of the meetings. - Study of AIS/IS, Waste management regulations related to 2W's - Compile the regulatory information received from Govt. meetings from all agencies - SIAM/SCOE/CMVR TSC/ARAI/ICAT - Prepare Understanding report of each regulatory information and share with all stakeholders - Engage with test agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure a clear understanding of regulations, address technical queries - Daily monitoring of regulations and maintaining the information in Regulation Roadmap - Prepare Checking tools for verification in models based on new regulations /Amendments in regulations - Participation in ISO 9001-2015 implementation activities & verify the documents as per the change points with respect to ISO 9001-2008

KRA of the Job:

- 100 % Participation in Govt. body meetings for environment regulations. No failure - Regulation report from each Govt. agency - 100 % - Good Knowledge of Regulations to identify requirement and applicability - 100 % and timely sharing with all stakeholders - Complete alignment with Test agency understanding - Drawing Level Compliance and Marking verification - Zero major or Minor non -conformity in Certification audit
