Sales & Partnerships Lead
Mumbai
We’re looking for a proven sales professional who can own revenue generation across our c
orporate, advisory & membership
verticals.
This is a revenue-driving role with ownership, not a support function.
What You’ll Own
Corporate, Advisory & Membership Sales
• Build from scratch - outbound pipeline (corporates, founders, CXOs, PR, HR, EAs)
• Run discovery and qualification calls
• Frame proposals and close high-value mandates
• Manage negotiations and conversions end-to-end
• Build a structured, repeatable sales process
Brand & Event Partnerships
• Identify aligned brands for events and curated programs
• Convert into strategic brand partnerships, sponsorship revenue, paid collaborations
You are responsible for generating revenue across both corporate clients and brand partners.
Working Model with Founder
You will collaborate closely with the founder on select strategic conversations — particularly where positioning/narrative or relationships matter.
The founder brings vision, positioning and access.
You bring structure, process, and commercial discipline.
What We’re Looking For
• 5–8+ years in B2B travel hospitality, luxury services, or corporate services
• Demonstrated experience closing high-value mandates end-to-end
• Experience structuring sponsorships or brand partnerships is a strong plus
• Clear sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
• Strong objection handling and negotiation capability
• Comfort building pipeline from scratch
• Structured CRM and follow-up discipline
You must be comfortable with both:
• Proactive outbound prospecting
• Closing premium, discretionary services

• Structured outbound and partnership pipeline established
• Qualified corporate and brand opportunities in motion
• First closed mandates (corporate or partnership revenue)

• Pure relationship managers without closing ability
• Junior BD profiles without revenue responsibility
• Individuals uncomfortable with targets and accountability
