We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Professionals with a proven track record in premium real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have the skills, confidence, and market knowledge required to sell luxury apartments priced โน3 Cr and above.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales of premium residential projects (โน3 Cr+)
Engage with HNI clients and convert prospects into successful sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistent communication
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and management teams for strategic sales initiatives
Requirements:
8โ10 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury/premium segments
Strong ability to sell high-ticket properties (โน3 Cr+)
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree (Business/Marketing/related fields preferred)
Strong network and client-handling expertise in the Bangalore real estate market
