Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Senior Backend Developer

(6-8 years experience) to join our global automotive team. You will be responsible for implementing features for critical application environments used by industry leaders.

Core Responsibilities Backend Development:

Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using

Java (8+), Spring, and Spring Boot . Database Management:

Work hands-on with

Oracle Databases , writing efficient

SQL

queries and ensuring optimal data interaction. Deployment:

Deploy and manage applications on

WebSphere Liberty Server

(or Open Liberty).

Code Quality & CI/CD:

Utilize

GitHub

and

Maven

to maintain high-quality code and support CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills Java:

Strong proficiency in

Java 8+

including

Java EE . Frameworks:

Expertise in

Spring

and

Spring Boot . Server:

Proven experience with

IBM WebSphere

or

Open Liberty

application servers. Tools:

Hands-on experience with

GitHub ,

Maven ,

Artifactory , and

SonarQube . Database:

Experience working with

Oracle . Preferred & Logistical

Experience with

Websocket

technology and

Docker

is a plus. Familiarity with the

Automotive industry

and

SCRUM/ITIL
