Funnele is a fast-growing, early-stage digital marketing startup helping brands scale using data-driven performance marketing. We work with clients across the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia — primarily eCommerce, Shopify, SaaS, and service businesses.

About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads especially for eCommerce and Shopify brands.
You should be confident in handling multiple accounts, setting up tracking (GA4), optimizing for conversions, and working with international clients (especially the USA). As we scale, you will play a key role in shaping processes, campaign structures, and client strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, PMAX, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
Run and scale
Meta Ads
campaigns for eCommerce & lead-gen funnels.
Manage
LinkedIn Ads
for B2B and professional service clients.
Create and manage
Shopify-based paid campaigns
with strong ROAS focus.
Perform keyword and audience research using
Google Keyword Planner , Meta tools, and third-party platforms.
Set up tracking and analytics using
GA4, GTM, pixels, custom events, and server-side tracking
(preferred).
Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards and provide insights.
A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copy and visuals.
Manage multiple client accounts with strong ownership and accountability.
Stay updated with platform updates, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years
experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (must).
Hands-on experience with
eCommerce & Shopify campaigns .
Experience running campaigns for
USA-based clients
(mandatory).
Working knowledge of
LinkedIn Ads
(B2B targeting, lead gen).
Strong understanding of
GA4, attribution models, and tracking setup .
Experience managing budgets ranging from $1,000–$20,000/month.
Ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once with organized execution.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to have:
Experience with TikTok Ads or Amazon Ads
Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization
Experience with Shopify apps, tracking tools, or plugins
Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
