Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for two Company Secretaries. The role is based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. Responsibilities include assisting with legal and statutory compliance, preparing board and general meeting agendas, maintaining corporate records, filing necessary documents, providing advisory services on governance matters, and liaising with regulatory authorities. Company Secretaries will ensure compliance with applicable laws and provide support on matters related to corporate law and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Corporate Governance, Company Law, and Regulatory Compliance
Experience in report writing, drafting minutes, and maintaining statutory registers
Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and correspondence with regulatory authorities
Detail-oriented approach with expertise in planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Must possess Company Secretary qualification; membership in ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a hybrid work environment
Experience in using legal and compliance software is an advantage
