Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Manager for our Further Processing plant. You will be controlling and directing the production in further processing plant and ensuring the variety and quality of products.

Responsibilities ·

Taking care of day to day production of the plant ·

Well experienced in production planning and time management ·

Experience and knowledge in huge production methods to channelize production within stipulated timeline ·

Knowledge in inventory management – raw materials, product and kitchen equipments ·

Practical knowledge about commercial fields and handling experience of commercial machines ·

Plan orders for timely delivery ·

Remedy any problems or defects ·

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards ·

Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers

Requirements ·

MVSc/MSc/MTech/BTech/BVSc/Culinary science ·

Exceptional proven ability of processing management ·

Outstanding communication and leadership skills ·

Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes ·

Knowledge in basic computer programs (MS Office) ·

Credentials in health and safety training
