Job Description:

AWS Databricks administration (workspaces, clusters, jobs)

Databricks Unity Catalog (governance, permissions, lineage)

Databricks Workflows & GenAI features

AWS core services: VPC, EC2, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, KMS

CI/CD toolchain: GitHub + Bamboo / Octopus / JIRA

Security & code scanning tools: Coverity, Black Duck, Twistlock/Prisma

Automation / scripting (Python or PySpark)

Good‑to‑Have (Value Add)

Terraform (IaC) experience

Containers & Kubernetes exposure

Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana

Database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL, RDS, PostgreSQL)

Snowflake exposure / Agile experience / Cloud certifications

In this role, you will: (Principal Responsibilities)

- The role is responsible for both conducting and coordinating QA tasks accordingly, manage releases and support existing systems, able to utilize extensive automation experience to support all activities.. - Delivering well structured, maintainable, and fully tested systems to time and budget.. - Working through the development and support phases of project delivery.. - Strong communication skills and experience in liaising with clients at onshore locations.. - Responsible for gatekeeper process and coordinate with UAT team for sign-off.. - maintain test scenarios and tools to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance.. - Automation Testing is constantly evolving due to advancements in technology. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will need to stay updated with the latest trends and learn new tools and techniques regularly.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (Must have Requirements)

- Experiencing in building and enhancing automation frameworks using Playwright (Typescript / JavaScript), Cucumber, Selenium - Understand data needs for testing, liaising with the PM/support teams and relevant parties for data requirements. - End-to-end functional testing experience - Conduct Test Design walkthroughs and reviews. - Basic knowledge of Oracle along with should follow Java Design Principles and J2EE. - Work with Automation Frameworks and enhancements gained through large scale projects. - Comfortable operating in an “agile” development team, self-starting, motivated & Passion for test driven development.

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements: (Good to have Requirements)

• working experience of writing BDD Feature files with clear on BDD/TDD concepts

• Working experience of managing environment and build / deployment activities

• Experience of understanding complex SQL queries, Unix & Windows

• Experience of financial information systems development
