About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director with a strong conceptual mindset and exceptional design skills to lead creative development across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting visually impactful campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design creative campaigns across digital, mainline, and social media. - Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life. - Provide art direction for photoshoots, videos, and brand campaigns. - Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain high-quality visual output. - Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables. - Stay updated with global design and advertising trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5years of experience in advertising, design, or creative agencies. - Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across media platforms. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling. - Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under deadlines. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

- Exposure to award-winning or high-visibility campaigns. - Experience in video, motion graphics, or new media design. - Leadership experience within creative teams.
