Role Description This internship role as a Recruiting Intern is an on-site position located in Gurgaon. The responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, supporting interviews, facilitating hiring processes, and contributing to training initiatives. The candidate will work in collaboration with the Hiring manager to attract and engage top talent for our clients.

Qualifications Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing Strong Communication skills for effective candidate interaction Experience or interest in Training and employee development Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
