๏ปฟEssential Responsibilities:

Identify, manage and optimize our current AWS infrastructure with focus on Security, Resiliency, and Observability

Assist the Development team in automation/performance optimizations and adhering to best practices

Assist in R&D for process improvement and to increase release speed/stability

Partner with other IT teams, as well as business verticals, to automate manual processes with scalability and security in mind

Build and maintain strong relationships with our vendors and service providers

Leverage APIs to script and automate various IT operations

Evaluate and implement new services based on needs of our team and clients

Enforce compliance requirements

Quickly identify, communicate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues

Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation for our workflows
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
5 or more years of DevOps in a cloud-native environment
-
Experience with DevOps tools like: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Containers (Docker/Podman), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu/Ansible), git workflows (GitLab/Github), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab Pipelines), Shell scripting (Bash), Database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).

Strong understanding of Information Security, IAM, LDAP, APIs, and Networking

Intermediate knowledge and proficiency with Linux (RHEL-based variants)

Consistently maintain a high attention to detail

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proven track record of proactively identifying and solving problems

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Enjoys working in a collaborative fast-moving dynamic environment

Self-starter with ability to effectively problem solve, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal direction or supervision
Education:

4 years of industry experience and/or Bachelorโs degree in a Computer Science field

IT Certifications (AWS, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) optional, not required
