Job Title :: Oracle Technical Lead
Location :: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

TKey Responsibilities
Technical & Execution Leadership
Lead and actively participate in initiatives to remove unused code, rationalize customizations, and implement Oracle out-of-the-box capabilities.
Identify, recommend, and facilitate patching to address critical issues, security vulnerabilities, and operational needs.
Provide technical direction and hands-on support for integrations, technical solution design, and implementation.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of techno-functional and junior developers.
Ensure consistent application of Oracle best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture across a multi-shore delivery model.
ERP Simplification & Strategy
Develop and execute action plans aligned with the ERP Simplification Strategy in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Serve as a technical advisor contributing to ERP roadmap planning, decustomization strategy, and future-state ERP architecture decisions.
Drive alignment between business needs and technical solutions, minimizing customization wherever possible.
Service Delivery & Risk Management
Oversee delivery of project milestones, ensuring on-time execution and quality outcomes.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
Collaborate with other Fusion Team Technical Leads to ensure coordinated execution across initiatives.
Technical Expertise & Tools
Strong hands-on experience across Oracle EBS Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing, including:
Core Technologies
Oracle PL/SQL and SQL (including advanced PL/SQL concepts)
Oracle Reports (.rdf) and BI Publisher (BIP)
OBIEE Reports
Oracle Forms
Oracle Workflows
Development & Methodologies
Design, development, and modification of RICE / CEMLI components
Strong understanding of AOL concepts
Experience with AIM methodology and documentation (MD70, TE20, CV40, etc.)
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience:
12+ years of overall Oracle EBS experience as a techno-functional developer
Minimum 5 years of experience in integrations, technical solution design, and implementation
Prior experience with EBS on-premise implementations, upgrades, and rollouts preferred
Technical Acumen:
Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including:
Financials: AP, AR, GL, EBTax
SCM: Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory
Manufacturing: Product Scheduling, Costing
Strong understanding of Oracle integrations and broader Oracle technology landscape
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward strategic objectives
Experience leading technical delivery in complex, multi-stream initiatives
Business & Stakeholder Engagement:
Ability to identify business pain points and recommend alternative, value-driven solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Delivery Model Experience:
Demonstrated success working in a multi-shore environment (onsite, offsite, near-shore)
