Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to streamline and automate operational workflows using AI-driven tools and data insights. Analyze operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI optimization. Support implementation of AI-enabled dashboards and real-time performance tracking. Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve scalability, process efficiency, and user experience. Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis to strengthen business intelligence models. Participate in business reviews, providing AI-supported insights and recommendations. Document process improvements and help train internal teams on AI-integrated systems. Support cross-functional projects involving predictive analytics, process automation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; curious about how AI shapes business strategy. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. Passion for technology, automation, and learning how AI impacts business operations.
