Job Opportunity: Associate – US Accounting | Intellgus (Indore) Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (Night Shift, Full Time) Location: Indore (Work from Office) Working Days: 5.5 Days Experience: 0–6 Months (Freshers with strong communication can apply) Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills required About the Role Intellgus is looking for passionate and detail-oriented MBA Finance pursuing / CA & CMA Semi-qualified / B.Com/M.Com graduates to join our US Accounting team. This role is perfect for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in international accounting with hands-on learning and professional development. Key Responsibilities ● Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements & cash flow statements. ● Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. ● Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries. ● Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation. ● Maintain and update accounting records & reports. ● Support month-end and year-end closing processes. ● Prepare and review periodic financial reports. ● Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities. ● Input financial data accurately into accounting software. ● Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations. ● Assist in internal and external audits. Skills & Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA Finance is a must. ● Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles. ● Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively. ● Excellent communication and analytical skills. ● High accuracy, attention to detail & commitment to timelines.
