Database Administrator (DBA)

to manage and optimize multi-database environments across relational and distributed database systems.

6–8 Years

Required Skills & Qualification 6–8 years of hands-on DBA experience. Strong expertise in

PostgreSQL

(performance tuning, replication, partitioning). Experience with

KeyDB/Redis-based systems

for caching and high availability setups. Hands-on experience with

Cassandra

(cluster management, data modeling, compaction tuning). Experience with

YugabyteDB

(distributed SQL, high availability). Working knowledge of

Neo4j

(graph modeling, query optimization using Cypher). Strong understanding of replication, sharding, clustering, and distributed systems. Experience with backup & disaster recovery strategies. Good understanding of Linux environments and shell scripting. Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Kubernetes-based database deployments. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to large-scale, high-traffic production environments.
