Position – Printer Supervisor

Team size – 3 Experience – 10 years Education – Diploma in Printing Technology

Role Overview: Responsible for supervising flexo printing operators, ensuring consistent quality, machine efficiency, and smooth coordination with production and quality teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of flexo printer operators across shifts. Plan daily printing schedules and allocate jobs efficiently. Ensure correct 2/4 colour printing setup and shade consistency. Approve colour matching and monitor usage of food-grade inks. Ensure proper upkeep of polymer plates and anilox rollers. Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown handling. Monitor ink and consumable inventory and raise timely requisitions. Track print quality, minimize rejections, and reduce downtime. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and hygiene standards. Prepare daily/weekly production and machine performance reports. Ideal Profile: Combination of hands-on flexo knowledge and people management. Experience in paper cup/container printing preferred. Ability to coordinate with QA, maintenance, and production teams
