Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and support roles across India. The role requires strong sourcing capability, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to close positions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

Hire for sales roles such as Property Advisors, Senior Sales Executives, Team Leads, and Managers

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Negotiate compensation, issue offers, and ensure offer-to-joining conversion

Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities, including exit documentation

Maintain recruitment data and track hiring & retention metrics

Support the implementation of HR policies and compliance

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Experience hiring for sales-heavy roles (real estate preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

Knowledge of Indian labor practices and HR processes
