Job Title –
Senior SailPoint Engineer
Location –
Remote in India (Bengaluru preferred)
Role Type –
Contract (3–6 months with strong likelihood of conversion to full-time)
Must Have Skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience in IAM/IGA operations and support with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Deep operational knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, compliance controls, and access review campaigns (including SoD and remediation workflows)
Proven experience in troubleshooting application connectors, APIs, and synchronization issues within hybrid identity environments
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation, operational reporting, and process efficiency
Responsibilities and Job Details:
Provide operational support and maintenance for SailPoint IDN/ISC environments
Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance workflows
Support and troubleshoot application onboarding and connector integrations
Investigate and resolve issues related to identity synchronization, APIs, and access provisioning
Execute and manage access certification campaigns and remediation processes
Maintain and improve operational documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure identity services operate reliably and securely
Support hybrid identity integrations involving AD, Azure AD, and enterprise applications
Automate operational tasks and reporting through scripting where applicable
Deliver high-quality operational support aligned with customer service and response expectations
Participate in shift-based support aligned with U.S. operational hours
Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM operational processes and governance practices
