Supply Chain Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, or a similar role. Strong functional understanding of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, and demand/supply planning. Experience supporting operational KPIs, such as OTIF, lead times, forecast accuracy, service levels, and cost-to-serve. Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, with the ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple systems. Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development for operational reporting. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (exposure required), Power Automate for workflow automation, Copilot Studio for conversational automation. Exposure to Data Lakes and modern data environments. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in presenting insights to supply chain and operations stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple priorities. A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on operational excellence and analytics-driven decision support.
