Job Description

We are looking for a professional who can handle outbound telesales along with call auditing and quality monitoring responsibilities. The role involves achieving sales targets while ensuring high-quality and compliant customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales:

- Make outbound calls to customers to sell products/services - Achieve assigned sales targets - Handle objections and follow up with potential customers - Update customer details in CRM systems

Call Quality & Auditing:

- Listen to and audit telesales calls - Check call quality, script adherence, and compliance - Prepare quality reports and provide feedback - Identify gaps and suggest improvements

Eligibility & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline - 1–3 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call quality/audit roles - Experience in BPO / call center environment preferred

Skills Required

- Good communication and persuasion skills - Strong listening and analytical skills - Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel - Ability to manage both sales and quality tasks
