· Oversee and manage SAP on-premises and cloud licenses, infrastructure, and integration costs on the cloud or through partners. Take technical ownership of both SAP and Non-SAP landscapes, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency on the cloud with zero production downtime.
· Demonstrate expertise in managing multiple legal entities operating on a single global SAP S4/HANA instance, including experience with mergers and acquisitions involving SAP and Non-SAP applications.
· Plan and supervise the integration of various IT systems, applications, and services to guarantee seamless operation and consistent data across the organisation.

Key Deliverables
· Work closely with Project Managers to define roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines for SAP and integration-related areas, ensuring timely and effective execution.
· Achieve reductions in operational costs by enhancing efficiency, eliminating redundancies, and leveraging economies of scale.
· Lower the lifetime costs of the SAP system through resource optimisation and minimising the need for customisations.
· Validate and sign off on solution designs, effort estimates, and timelines provided by service providers.
· Establish acceptance criteria and ensure thorough documentation of processes, as well as knowledge transfer from the project team to SAP support teams for both SAP and integration solutions.
· Minimise system downtime and business disruption by maintaining a stable and reliable SAP environment.
· Manage upfront costs related to integration, including technology investments, infrastructure, and other assets.
· Oversee ongoing costs required to support integrated systems and processes.
· Optimise lead-to-cash processes to increase revenues, accelerate cash flows, reduce the cost of sales, enhance profit margins, decrease days outstanding, improve forecast accuracy, reduce risk, and ensure statutory compliance and financial reporting of customer statements.
· Coordinate with SAP support and business teams to resolve critical support issues and incidents related to Basis across SAP and Non-SAP landscapes.
· Drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of SAP and integration landscapes, thereby enhancing customer service quality. This includes faster response times, accurate order fulfilment, proactive customer communication, real-time visibility of order status, credit status, delivery and payment notifications, and effective issue resolution.
· Maintain end-to-end ownership of SAP and Non-SAP landscapes, including database and operating systems, ensuring up-to-date process documentation, test management tool scripts, and training documents are in place.
· Clearly articulate integration goals and objectives, aligning them with the overall business strategy.
· Conduct thorough analyses of entities or systems to be integrated, considering technical, financial, and cultural factors.
· Drive improved business processes, leading to faster cycle times, reduced errors, and increased throughput.
· Continuously enhance integration processes to reach best-in-class maturity standards.
