and should be harmonious in attitude and good in co ordination and

should be able to travel-

Job Responsibility

Coordinate with Order Processing team to ensure all orders are timely placed and receipt and Order Acknowledgement is shared with customers. Track end-to-end order execution and align customer and principal delivery timelines. Resolve delivery mismatches through coordination with PM, CM, Logistics, and Back Office teams. Monitor potential L/D penalty risks and close coordination gaps. Ensure timely loading, freight forwarder selection, and shipment dispatch. Follow up on foreign orders and maintain communication with principals. Handle commercial documentation, shipment ID creation, and invoice registrations. Support payment follow-ups and coordinate inter-office logistics activities.
