Admission Counselor , you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with detailed information about our courses, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. Your goal will be to convert inquiries into admissions by addressing student's concerns and helping them make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective students. ✅ Counsel students and working professionals about our digital marketing courses, career opportunities, and admission process. ✅ Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into enrollments. ✅ Assist students in selecting the right course based on their career goals and skill level. ✅ Maintain and update student databases, track inquiries, and report on conversion rates. ✅ Conduct walk-in consultations and provide detailed course presentations. ✅ Work closely with the marketing and sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates. ✅ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing to guide students effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related preferred). ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain a positive attitude. ✔ Experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service is a plus. ✔ Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an added advantage. ✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
