Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts Executive

to manage daily financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in budget preparation and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing accounts within a technology or cyber security environment, with a strong understanding of compliance, taxation, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks). Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense reimbursements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. Support internal and external audits; ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for transactions, loans, and reconciliations. Maintain asset registers and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory compliance. Assist the finance team in cost control and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent). 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an IT or cyber security company. Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Exposure to international transactions and foreign currency accounting is a plus.
