Big Data Engineer

who can design, build, and optimise large-scale data processing systems. This role focuses on handling high-volume, high-velocity data and transforming it into reliable, usable datasets for analytics and downstream applications. big data frameworks Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across platforms Implement performance tuning, partitioning, and resource optimisation Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to understand data requirements Monitor pipelines and resolve data failures or performance issues Support data ingestion from multiple structured and unstructured sources Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with

big data technologies

such as

Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase Proficiency in

Python / Scala / Java

for data processing Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets Hands-on experience with

ETL / ELT frameworks Understanding of

distributed computing and data architecture Experience working in

Linux-based environments
