Structural Design Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Structural Design Engineer to join our team at EquiCom Structural Consultancy. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative structural designs for our projects.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop structural design solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and analyze structural systems using software tools. Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Perform structural analysis and evaluate the performance of the various structures. Provide technical support during construction and resolve any design-related issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in structural engineering.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Structural Design Engineer of minimum 2 years. Proficiency in structural analysis software like ETABS, RCDC, SAFE and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (IS456, IS1893, IS16700, SP34 etc). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
