Team Lead - 6 –8 Years

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and contribute across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse solutions Mentor and guide 2–3 team members on technical best practices and delivery standards Collaborate closely with client stakeholders with strong communication and presentation skills Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues within defined SLAs Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across deliverables Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and data practices

Required Skills:- Strong IT background with exposure to operations / production environments Expert-level SQL skills (mandatory) Strong hands-on experience in

ETL development and Data Warehousing concepts Experience with

data modeling, data pipelines, and large datasets Proven experience in

team mentoring or technical leadership Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
