Human Resources Executive

Job Title: HR Job Summary We are seeking a motivated HR to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS or tracking system Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist senior recruiters with day-to-day recruitment tasks Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline) 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field Basic understanding of recruitment processes Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Email) Willingness to learn and take feedback
