Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Handle Quote to Cash (Q2C) activities including order creation, processing, and tracking. Monitor supply chain activities, shipment status, and delivery timelines. Work on SAP HANA for order entry, tracking, and logistics operations. Resolve order, shipment, and logistics-related issues in coordination with cross-functional teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with operational processes. Generate operational reports and track KPIs related to logistics and supply chain performance.
