Location: Remote (Need-based travel to Bangalore) Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant (Treasury & Banking) to support and enhance our global Record-to-Report (R2R) solution. The role focuses on system design, solution optimization, and alignment with global SAP templates while working closely with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Enable business development by proposing and designing high-level SAP finance solutions

Analyze business requirements and recommend effective SAP solutions

Configure SAP Finance modules and prepare functional/technical specifications

Test, support, and maintain Record to Report (R2R) solutions

Participate in rollout and project design, ensuring alignment with the global template

Coordinate with cross-functional and technical teams

Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO) with strong expertise in system design, concepts, principles, and configuration

Strong hands-on experience in:

Payments & Banking

Bank Communication Management (BCM)

Electronic Bank Statements (EBS)

Cash Management & Treasury

4+ years of experience in SAP Treasury, including:

Money Market (MM), Foreign Exchange (FX)

Yield Curves

Cash Pooling & Sweeps

Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA

Participation in 3+ SAP implementation projects

Experience in long-term support, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP Finance solutions

Good understanding of financial processes in large enterprise environments

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex finance and SAP topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with SAP transport and change management tools: STMS, Solution Manager, ActiveControl

Functional experience in WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

Good to Have

Hands-on or working knowledge of FI-CA Payments

Experience in Retail industry (especially SAP FI-CA)

Experience with SWIFT integrations

Familiarity with Agile / SAFe methodologies
