Role: Test Engineer – PDCA

We are seeking a talented and motivated Test Engineer to support our high‐performance manufacturing and Test automation environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up test stations, execute fixture calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts, utilities, and end‐to‐end test flows. - Support NPI builds, including test setup and production test validation. - Analyze device logs, tester logs, serial console outputs, and system logs to identify failure patterns. - Understand manufacturing processes and configure test flows using SFDS / SFDC / MES / SFCS / Industry 4.0 systems. - Manage MES, SFDC, SFCS, Industry 4.0 integrations, HWTE systems, server configurations, line data, and station mappings. - Perform structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Optimize test automation to improve First Pass Yield (FPY), reduce retests, and increase throughput. - Collect, validate, and analyze test data from test stations and shopfloor systems. - Enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and manufacturing process visibility. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives across test processes and station performance. - Ensure high uptime of test stations through proactive monitoring and rapid issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Instrumentation, or related fields. - 3–6 years of relevant experience in automation testing, SWTE, HWTE, or test engineering. - Hands‐on experience with shopfloor systems (MES / SFCS / SFDC / Industry 4.0). - Strong log analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Experience with automated test frameworks, scripting, and production test flows. - Experience in Shop Floor Control System, Shop Floor Data Control, Hardware Test Engineer
