About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales Executive based in Mumbai to generate new business opportunities for our mono carton packaging division. This is a lead generation + field prospecting role. You will identify potential clients, visit them in person, introduce our packaging solutions, and pass qualified leads to our management team for closing. If you enjoy meeting new businesses daily and building B2B relationships, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential B2B clients in: Pharma Cosmetics & Personal Care Food & FMCG Nutraceutical & Healthcare Conduct daily in-person visits to prospective companies Introduce our mono carton packaging solutions Gather requirements, carton specifications, and decision-maker details Maintain structured visit and lead reports Meet weekly targets for: Number of visits Qualified leads generated Coordinate with the Surat head office for follow-ups and quotations Performance Expectations Minimum 5 field visits per day (to be defined) Minimum 3 qualified leads per week Strong focus on conversion quality, not just volume Requirements 3+ years of B2B sales or field sales experience Experience in packaging / printing / pharma / FMCG preferred Comfortable with industrial area visits (MIDC / manufacturing belts) Strong communication skills in Hindi & English Self-motivated and disciplined Must own a two-wheeler What We Offer Fixed salary + performance incentives Clear targets and structured training Opportunity to grow with an expanding packaging company Exposure to major brands across Mumbai Ideal Candidate Profile Not afraid of cold visits Can speak confidently to purchase managers and plant heads Organized and consistent Serious about building a long-term B2B sales career Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home
