While Projects Sales and Specifications Team support is a given this is largely a IC role

This role is ideal for professionals who have worked with high-specification systems building materials brands and are comfortable engaging at the design, specification, and commercial decision-making level with Tier-1 Residential Developers/Builders

Role Focus: • Strategic engagement with Tier-1 residential developers & large builder groups • Design-stage and specification-led selling (architects, façade consultants, PMCs) • Closure of large, multi-project residential orders • Ownership of key accounts through negotiation, execution interface, and repeat business Ideal Background: • 10–22+ years in project / solution sales • Experience with premium façade, aluminium systems, doors & windows, glazing or building envelope solutions • Track record of working with developer leadership, design heads, and procurement teams • Exposure to large residential, high-rise, township or luxury housing projects Interested candidates may DM for a discreet discussion or share a brief profile at [jyoti@thesearchhouse.com]
