Founder’s Office – Operations & Strategy Associate / Chief of Staff (Operations) / Business Operations Manager
to work directly with senior leadership and US-based operations teams. This is a strategic execution role for someone who thrives in structured ambiguity and can convert business problems into scalable operational systems.
This is not a passive analytics or reporting role. You will function as an extension of leadership — identifying inefficiencies, building accountability frameworks, driving operational visibility, and ensuring that execution on the ground matches strategic intent. Role Overview
As part of the Founder’s Office / Chief of Staff – Operations function, you will take high-level strategic priorities and independently translate them into measurable operational outcomes. You will work across fleet operations, routing optimization, workforce productivity, asset management, compliance tracking, and performance analytics.
You will be expected to think like an owner — identifying issues before they escalate, building systems that scale, and driving cross-functional accountability across US operations teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a strategic execution partner to leadership on key operational initiatives
Analyzing GPS and fleet data to uncover service delays and establish operational accountability
Auditing and restructuring asset catalogs to improve data accuracy and system standardization
Reviewing workforce timekeeping and compliance data to identify discrepancies and control gaps
Evaluating routing, dispatch, and work point data to optimize service efficiency and cost control
Identifying patterns, risks, and inefficiencies before they become large-scale operational problems
Converting complex data insights into structured, executive-level summaries and action plans
Designing dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance monitoring systems
Building scalable SOPs and execution frameworks across operational functions
Working independently in an ambiguous environment while proactively driving improvements
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for candidates from Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Operations Analytics, or high-growth startup environments who want deeper ownership and leadership exposure.
You should have:
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect raw operational data to strategic decisions
Experience working with large datasets such as GPS logs, asset databases, routing systems, dispatch data, or workforce logs
Ability to take high-level direction and execute independently without constant supervision
Structured problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
A proactive mindset — you identify and solve problems before being asked
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for leadership reporting
Comfort working US CST hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

Candidates with experience in the following areas will stand out:
Operations Analytics, Fleet Management, Logistics, Transportation, Dispatch, or Field Workforce Operations
Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or Founder’s Office roles in high-growth companies
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, modeling), SQL, or BI tools
Experience working with US-based operational teams
Background in logistics, service operations, or performance-driven field environments
