Cordia Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for Cordia Support Executives to help doctors and clinic staff with the Cordia digital health platform. This is a junior, field-based role with training provided. No prior experience is required — we value willingness to learn, basic smartphone skills, and good communication - in Gujarati and English.

Key Responsibilities Visit assigned clinics and support doctors/staff in onboarding patients Help patients download and use the mobile app Explain the benefits of the platform to patients in a simple manner Ensure good patient experience and collect feedback Coordinate with the central Cordia support team for any issues and take ownership

Who Can Apply Freshers / first-time job seekers are welcome Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge Comfortable speaking with patients and clinic staff Willingness to travel locally to clinics Minimum qualification: 10+2
