Lead the end-to-end training lifecycle for the Hyderabad region, ensuring 100% training compliance. Performance Consulting:

Identify skill gaps and implement learning interventions that directly impact business KPIs. ️ Stakeholder Management:

Partner with regional ops heads to align training with the lightning-fast needs of Quick Commerce. ⚡

Who You Are

A seasoned training professional with

deep expertise in Behavioral Training

(this is a must!). Experienced in the

Retail, E-Commerce, or Beauty

sectors. A high-energy communicator who can inspire teams and drive cultural change. Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-pressure environment.
