Piping Designer -Revit _Remote Job

Key Responsibilities Location: Work From Home

Work Schedule 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM IS T (to ensure overlap with international client working hours). Remote / Work from Hom e setup with flexibility for virtual client meetings.

Qualifications Highly proficient in Revit 3D modeling and BIM. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Minimum 10 years working experience in food processing, or industrial facility design in Revit 3D modeling and 2D AutoCAD, proficient in BIM. Minimum 14+ years of working as Piping Revit Designer. Experience in working on complex processing facilities. Data Center or energy projects will be an additional advantage. Extensive knowledge in pipe layout including steam, condensate, compressed air, thermal fluid, high- and low-pressure water, chilled and process water, natural gas, pipe supports, etc. Prepare complex Revit 3D model based on P&IDs. Create isometrics. Prepare specification/support library and administration files. Optimize facility layout based on client specifications, current technology, and operational and maintenance requirements. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, customers and vendors. Strong work ethic, time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines and budgets.
