Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automobile Sales Supervisor at SS MOTORS, located in Coimbatore. The Automobile Sales Supervisor will oversee and manage a sales team to meet sales targets, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and maintain optimal staff performance through effective training and support. Daily tasks include supervising sales activities, implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, mentoring team members, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership & Sales Execution

Supervise and mentor sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Motivate, train, and monitor the showroom sales team performance. Coordinate daily sales activities and monitor progress. Ensure effective product knowledge among the team.

Customer Engagement & Conversion Engage with walk-in and prospective customers to close sales. Provide professional product presentations and test rides. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Operations Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports. Monitor lead follow-ups and maximize conversion rates. Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO/registration teams. Ensure proper display, merchandising, and showroom presentation.

Business Growth Initiatives Support marketing activities and local outreach events. Analyze competitor activities and market trends. Suggest improvements to processes for better efficiency.

Qualifications Strong team management and training skills to lead and support a sales team effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with clients and ensure satisfaction. Proficient analytical skills for sales planning, performance analysis, and strategy development. Proven ability to motivate a team and foster positive relationships among team members. Previous experience in automobile sales or a related field is an advantage. Knowledge of sales software and tools is considered beneficial. A bachelor‘s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
