About the Role – Human Resources Internship

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and culture-building initiatives. The intern will work closely with the HR team and leadership to support day-to-day HR functions and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes - Support HR operations, employee records, and documentation - Help drive employee engagement activities and culture initiatives - Assist in policy communication, HR coordination, and employee support - Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day people operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - Previous HR internship exposure preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable - Positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude. - Comfortable working in a high visibility role. - Available for a minimum of 6 months.
