Head Infra & Projects,

Mines (Aluminium).

This role will be crucial for commencing new mines to achieve the business vision.

Roles and Responsibilites:

Drive end-to-end planning, design, and execution of mine and logistics infrastructure projects, including rail, road, and conveyor systems. Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved scope, budget, and safety standards, while managing resources and fund flow effectively. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and statutory bodies for seamless execution and compliance with technical and regulatory norms. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve strategic objectives. Lead and develop the project team, ensuring adherence to Vedanta’s safety and quality standards across all activities.

Candidate Profile:

18+ years relevant work experience in Project Management and execution. Hands on experience in Conveyer/ Railway Siding/ Roadway/ Nallah Diversion/ Infrastructure Development. B.E./ B.Tech in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Leadership acumen with external stakeholder engagement, strong interpersonal and drafting skills.
