Role: Customer Support Engineer (Medical Software Domain)

Location: Nagpur (Onsite - Client visit is MUST and good to have his/her own vehical)

Job Description:

- Diagnose & resolve software and hardware issues - Debug SQL/MySQL queries & application-level problems - Support web modules with basic HTML knowledge - Handle onsite client visits, installations & training - Gather requirements & deliver technical solutions - Configure hardware, printers, scanners & LAN networks - Maintain documentation & Excel-based reports

Must-Have Skills:

- SQL / MySQL Query Debugging - Basic HTML Support - Software Troubleshooting - Hardware & LAN Setup - Requirement Gathering - Client Communication - Documentation & Reporting
