Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in pan india , for a Project Manager specializing in Interiors and Fit-out Projects. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, team coordination, monitoring project progression, and liaising with multiple stakeholders. Budget management, adherence to design specifications, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards are key aspects of the role. The Project Manager will also manage logistics, handle inspections, and ensure all deliveries are expedited efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of
large-scale interior fit-out projects
from mobilization to handover.
Plan, manage, and control
project schedules, budgets, manpower, and site operations .
Coordinate with Client PMC and architect for timely and effective communication.
Coordinate with
civil, finishes, MEP, FF&E, specialist vendors, and subcontractors
to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure
timely completion and handover
of projects in line with contractual timelines.
Manage
client communication , project meetings, contracts, risk mitigation, change orders, and variations.
Support in Estimating costing & Tendering for new proposal
Mentor, guide, and supervise
project engineers, site engineers, and support staff .
Additional Responsibilities
Arrange and manage
materials, manpower, tools, and equipment
as per project requirements.
Take
full ownership of project P&L , including cost control, variation management, billing, and profitability.
Maintain strong and complete
project documentation
including contracts, RFIs, MOMs, approvals, drawings, and statutory records to safeguard contractual and legal interests.
Prepare and present
daily, weekly, and monthly progress, cost, and billing reports
to management and clients.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong
technical expertise
in interior fit-out and civil execution.
Proven track record of delivering
large commercial / institutional interior projects .
Excellent
leadership, planning, coordination, and client-handling
abilities.
High level of
commercial acumen , including budgeting, billing, cost control, and P&L management.
Proficiency in
MS Project / Primavera
is preferred.
Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
(mandatory)
Strong spoken and written
proficiency in English
is mandatory.
