Automation Developer

Job role Overview The role will involve creating custom scripts and tools that automate key production processes, including but not limited to Adobe InDesign file generation, image manipulation, HTML creation, and data handling with formats such as JSON and XML.

Job description: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign. Expert knowledge of ExtendScript for Adobe InDesign automation. Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools for Adobe InDesign workflows, using ExtendScript, Adobe UXP, and other relevant technologies. Strong proficiency in XML, including the ability to work with structured and semi-structured XML data. Experience developing scripts and tools that automate editorial and production processes. Problem solving mindset with the ability to translate production needs into robust automation.
