visually engaging research reports, presentations, and marketing creatives . The role will involve translating data, insights, and content into

professional, clean, and impactful visual designs

that align with the Soulace brand. Key Responsibilities Research Report Design Design and format

research reports, impact reports

using Canva. Convert data, charts, and insights into

clear visual layouts and infographics . Ensure

consistent formatting, branding, and professional layout

across reports. Marketing & Communication Creatives Design

social media posts, marketing creatives, and promotional materials . Create graphics for

LinkedIn posts, and digital campaigns . Support branding needs for

events, presentations, and marketing materials . Brand Consistency Maintain brand consistency in all visual assets. Follow established brand guidelines for colors, typography, and layouts. Collaboration Work closely with

research, marketing, teams

to understand content and convert it into engaging visual formats. Manage multiple design requests and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience 2–5 years of experience

in graphic design. Strong expertise in

Canva (mandatory) . Experience designing

research reports, annual reports, whitepapers, or corporate documents . Basic understanding of

social media design and marketing creatives . Portfolio showcasing

report layouts, infographics, and social media designs . Key Skills Canva design expertise Layout design for reports and documents Infographics and data visualization Social media creatives Attention to detail and brand consistency Preferred Experience working with

consulting firms, research organizations, NGOs, or CSR sector . Knowledge of

PowerPoint, Illustrator, or other design tools

is an added advantage.
