Voice Engineer (Voice AI / VoIP)

We are looking for a

skilled Enterprise Voice Engineer

to join our

Enterprise Voice Team

and support voice AI infrastructure for enterprise clients. This role focuses on

VoIP, SIP integrations, telephony systems, and voice AI platforms , helping migrate customers to

SoundHound ASR and Enterprise Voice Gateway (EVG) .

This is a highly technical role requiring strong experience in

SIP/VoIP architecture, Linux systems, and speech technologies

while working closely with internal teams and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities Voice & SIP Integration Configure and manage

SIP integrations

between enterprise client environments and the Amelia platform Design and implement voice architecture across

VoIP, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS)

technologies Lead migration from legacy speech providers to

SoundHound ASR and Enterprise Voice Gateway (EVG) Deployment & Troubleshooting Support deployment and troubleshooting of

Amelia Voice solutions

across enterprise environments Diagnose complex

SIP, RTP, and VoIP network issues

using tools like

Wireshark and tcpdump Configure and manage

FreeSWITCH (or equivalent)

including dialplans and MRCP/SIP profiles Client & Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to deliver voice infrastructure solutions Provide architectural recommendations and resolve production incidents Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders Continuous Improvement Collaborate with engineering teams to improve voice platform capabilities Develop documentation, runbooks, and integration guides for voice infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years experience

with VoIP, telephony, or voice engineering Strong experience with

SIP/SIPS and RTP/SRTP protocols Hands-on experience with

FreeSWITCH or similar voice platforms Experience working with

SBC clusters and telephony network architecture Strong

Linux administration skills Proficiency in

Bash scripting

and working knowledge of

Python Experience with

Git, Jira, and Confluence Strong troubleshooting skills for

SIP, VoIP, and networking issues
