Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (SAP Integration) Location: Remote (Offshore) Industry: Retail / Supply Chain (Preferred)

Overview We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 10+ years of experience in SAP and non-SAP integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in middleware-based functional design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across global teams to deliver enterprise integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead requirements workshops with global business and technical teams. Create detailed Functional Specifications for SAP and non-SAP integrations. Define integration logic, field mappings, transformation rules, and error handling. Collaborate with middleware teams (SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure, etc.) for technical alignment. Document end-to-end data and process flows across systems. Support SIT, UAT, and cutover by validating integration outcomes. Drive gap analysis, root-cause resolution, and ensure governance compliance. Work effectively across global time zones and onsite/offshore teams.

Required Skills 10+ years as BSA / Functional Analyst / Integration Analyst. Expertise in SAP and non-SAP integration design with middleware tools. Strong understanding of integration patterns (API, IDoc, EDI, queues, file transfers). Ability to translate business processes into testable functional designs. Skilled in global collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management. Self-driven, analytical, and adept at managing priorities in a complex environment. Preferred Experience Retail / Apparel industry or Supply Chain domain (Demand Planning, Allocation, Inventory, Fulfillment). Work with multi-system ERP ecosystems (SAP ECC/S4, OMS, DC, vendor systems). Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and integration governance frameworks.
