Hiring - ETL Consultant, Data Migration Specialist, Full-Stack PHP Laravel Developer, QA Engineer (M

We’re expanding our technology team and looking for skilled professionals across data, engineering, and quality assurance.

Open Positions & Key Highlights:

1) Position: ETL Consultant Experience: 4–6 Years

Should have: 2–3 years of hands-on ETL development using Azure Data Factory or similar tools, including pipeline design, orchestration, and debugging. Strong SQL expertise with ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and implement transformation logic. Solid understanding of data modeling concepts such as fact/dimension design, SCD1/SCD2, surrogate keys, and data partitioning. Experience with Azure ecosystem including Data Lake Gen2, Azure SQL/Synapse, integration runtimes, key vault, and data security fundamentals. Demonstrated ability to analyze business rules, interpret mapping documents, and convert requirements into scalable ETL logic. Experience in production support and incident resolution, including error handling, root-cause analysis, and meeting data refresh SLAs. Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines for ETL code deployment, version control, and development best practices.

Good to have: Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills, including requirement clarification, documentation, and delivering demos. High learning agility, with willingness to adopt new tools (Python, Databricks, API ingestion, Delta Lake) and continuously expand data engineering skills.

2) Position: Data Migration Specialist Experience: 6–8 Years

Should have: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end data migration projects, including source analysis, data extraction, cleansing, validation, and target loading. Strong SQL expertise for complex transformations, profiling, reconciliation, and optimization during migration cycles. Proficiency with ETL/migration tools (ADF, SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, or similar) for designing migration pipelines and staging workflows. Experience working with heterogeneous data sources such as CSV, Excel, legacy systems, relational databases, XML/JSON, and API-based sources. Ability to prepare detailed mapping and transformation documents, interpret business rules, and collaborate with functional teams to close gaps. Strong understanding of data modeling and schema structures, including constraints, keys, normalization, and handling SCD1/SCD2 scenarios in migration. Hands-on experience with data quality and cleansing including deduplication, standardization, validation rules, and exception handling. Experience executing full migration cycles including mock runs, data validation, delta loads, cutover planning, and reconciliation reporting. Good understanding of file formats and data standards (CSV, Parquet, JSON, XML, fixed-width, unstructured/semi-structured datasets). Excellent communication and documentation skills, with ability to coordinate across products, QA, infra, and business teams throughout migration phases.

Good to have: Experience of working or experimenting with different AI tools that can help in migration process

3) Position: Full-Stack PHP Laravel Developer Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Brief: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the core PHP and Laravel framework. You will play a key role in managing data interchange and ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end logic. The ideal candidate will have expertise across the full stack, including PHP, MySQL, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.

Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. Design and manage databases (primarily MySQL) and optimize queries for performance and scalability. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Build and maintain efficient, secure RESTful APIs and web services for application integration. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across various platforms and devices. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment. Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends and recommend improvements to the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming (OOPs) concepts. Proven experience as a PHP Developer with in-depth knowledge of the

Laravel

and other advance PHP frameworks. Expertise in

or other relational databases and ORM (Eloquent). Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as

4) Position: QA Engineer – Manual + Automation Experience: 3+ Years

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in testing web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in manual testing and mandatory hands-on experience in test automation in at least one project. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable software releases.

Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs Design, write, and execute test cases (functional, regression, sanity, smoke) Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools Perform API testing and basic database validation (SQL queries) Actively contribute to automation test case design, scripting, and execution Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution Ensure test coverage across web and mobile browsers Prepare test reports and quality metrics Support UAT and production verification when required

Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in QA/testing web applications Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum Mandatory automation experience in at least one project with tools such as Selenium, Cypress Strong hands-on experience in manual & automation testing Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Java) Hands-on experience with test case creation and defect tracking tools (JIRA, etc.) Understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman Strong analytical and communication skills

Good to Have Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Experience with Git or version control systems Basic understanding of performance, stress & security testing
